No. 02 · The program

Eight weeks.
Four phases.
One paper trail.

Here's exactly what happens, week by week — no vague "transformation," just the mechanic.

W1 W8
Tree aging fact One ring per year of growth — but counting them accurately takes a cross-section or a core sample. You can't count growth from the outside. Week 1 is the core sample.
Weeks 1–2

Audit

Map your real week, name the leaks, choose the one goal that matters.

Weeks 3–4

Sharpen

Cut the list to 1–3 goals and design the daily system that hits them.

Weeks 5–6

Build

Daily execution, daily check-ins, honest adjustments along the way.

Weeks 7–8

Prove

Receipts compiled, results measured, next 90 days mapped out.

Week by week

What actually happens

No filler weeks. Every week has a job to do.

W1

Full Audit

Kickoff call to map where your real week actually goes — hour by hour, not the plan you wish you kept. Daily check-ins start immediately.

W2

Find the Leak

We name your top three specific leaks — not vague ones, the actual pattern draining your week — and lock in the one goal you're here to hit. You get a signed, dated Audit Receipt.

W3

Cut the List

We narrow to 1–3 measurable goals, max. No trying to fix everything at once — that's how the last five attempts died. "Done" gets defined in terms you could argue about in court.

W4

Build the System

We design the actual daily mechanic — what you do, what proof you send, what format. You test it for a few days before real execution starts.

W5

Execute

Full daily check-ins, for real. Every single one gets same-day acknowledgment. This is the actual product — a coach who notices when you go quiet.

W6

Adjust

An honest look at what's sticking and what isn't. If the system isn't working, we change the system — not just tell you to try harder.

W7

Stack Proof

Execution continues, bar goes up. We start compiling your actual receipts — streak percentage, before/after, the numbers.

W8

Prove It

Final call. We walk the full eight weeks, finalize your Proof Report, and map your next 90 days — with or without me.

The daily mechanic

How the check-in actually works

One message a day, same format: the action, and whether you did it. I read every one — and if you go quiet, I'm the one reaching out, not an app notification.

YouWorkout: ✅. Got it in before work.
CoachLogged. That's 12 in a row.
YouWorkout: ❌. Slept through the alarm.
CoachLogged as a miss. What gets in the way tomorrow, and what are you doing about it before it happens again?
Every week

Plus one call a week

15–20 minutes. Same five things, every time:

1

The log

Quick read of the week's streak.

2

What worked

Say it out loud — it matters more than it feels like.

3

The one obstacle

Not five problems. One. The real one.

4

One adjustment

A single change for next week — not a full overhaul.

5

Say the goal

You say it out loud. Not me.

Straight talk: Buck Up is accountability coaching — time, habits, and follow-through. It isn't therapy, medical advice, or financial planning. If something outside that lane comes up, you'll get pointed to the right kind of help instead of a coaching pep talk.

Ready?

One goal. Eight weeks. Prove it.

Send one email. Tell me the goal you keep restarting and what's actually getting in the way — you'll get the current rate and next steps back.
